Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
Tree Species Consented Works
TREE London Plane • Pruning of third order branches or less, to reduce the crown and provide the following clearances for nearby property and infrastructure
o 6m clearance over the Highway
o 3m over the neighbour’s garden
o 3.5m over the front courtyard of Orchard House, 2b Gillott Ln
o 2m clearance for the owner’s residence Orchard House
o 0.5m clearance from the boundary line of the properties on the opposite side of Gillott Lane
• Average of lengths removed to be no more than 1m
• The overall height of the tree will remain unchanged at approximately 15m +/- 0.5m
• The overall average spread after completion of the work should be no less than 14.75m

All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.

Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
