The cabinet doors shall open onto the adjacent grass verge and shall not obstruct the pedestrian footway when open (ref email clarification 25th May 2023).

In order to prevent the obstruction of the highway.
Positive and Proactive Statement
Whilst the applicant did not enter into any pre application discussions with the Local Planning Authority for this development, the proposals were in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework and following highway clarifications did not require any further alterations or modification.
