The Council considers that the applicant has failed to provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate that, on the balance of probability, the breach of Condition 02 (approved plans) of planning permission RB2014/0930 (granted 12th August 2014) has occurred on a continuous basis for ten years prior to the submission of the current Lawful Development Certificate application on 16 January 2023. As such, the Local Planning Authority is not satisfied that the development as described above is lawful.
