The works to which this consent relates shall be commenced before the expiration of
three years from the date of this consent.
Reason
In order to comply with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The external door hereby approved shall be painted to match the existing doors and windows on the building, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason
To protect the special character and appearance of this Listed Building in
accordance with Local Plan Policies SP40 ‘Listed Buildings’ and SP 43 ‘Conserving
and Recording the Historic Environment.’

The external soil pipe hereby approved shall be painted to match the existing rainwater goods and soil pipes on the building, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason
To protect the special character and appearance of this Listed Building in
accordance with Local Plan Policies SP40 ‘Listed Buildings’ and SP 43 ‘Conserving
and Recording the Historic Environment.’
Positive and Proactive Statement
Whilst the applicant did not enter into any pre application discussions with the Local Planning Authority, the proposals were in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework and did not require any alterations or modification.
