Reason In order to ensure a satisfactory appearance in the interests of visual amenity. 04 Prior to the completion of the construction work hereby approved a bat box shall be installed within the building as set out in paragraph 6.3.2 of the submitted Bat Survey Report, dated 12 May 2023, prepared by Middleton Bell Ecology.
