| Conditions / Reason for Refusal: |
1. Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
T3 -T5 Crown lift the trees to provide a 3m clearance of the adjacent dwelling.
T6 Remove the lower limb that is encroaching over the adjacent path.
T1 and T2 (group) crown lift/slab side to provide adequate clearance of adjacent path.
Stumps Adjacent to Willow Dell. Remove the regrowth on stumps adjacent to Willow Dell.
2. All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.
3. Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.

Informatives:
1. The Tree Service has no objection to the removal of Trees T1 Willow and T1 Sycamore as they do not form part f the TPO, nor do they meet the requirement for a TPO to be placed upon them.
