The applicant has failed to provide sufficient information in terms of the impact of the road users on the strategic road network of the M18 motorway, in terms of glint and glare from the solar panels. As such, the Local Planning Authority cannot make a full assessment of the proposals in terms of highway safety, contrary to the requirements of the GPDO at Part 14, Class J.
