The proposed new extension would project beyond an original side wall with a width greater than half the width of the existing dwelling., Therefore the rear extension is not in compliance with the criteria outlined within Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
