That a lawful Development Certificate be REFUSED in respect of a proposed single storey rear extension at 31 Parkside Way, Waverley, S60 8DF for the following reason:
Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed single storey rear extension at 31 Parkside Way, Waverley, S60 8DF shown on the submitted drawings (Proposed elevations/floor plans & Location Plans z/22/02 & 22-S60-000) if constructed in accordance with the submitted plans would not be lawful. The proposed new extension would project beyond an original side wall with a width greater than half the width of the existing dwelling., Therefore the rear extension is not in compliance with the criteria outlined within Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
