Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed garage, at Annexe 1 The Old Coach House Wales Court, Manor Road, Wales, if constructed in accordance with the submitted plans (SF22 02) would be lawful.
The proposed garage would comply with the criteria outlined within Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
