Conditions / Reason for Refusal: |
Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed outbuilding comprising a gym, stables and garden store, at Old Wildfell, York Lane, Morthen, if constructed in accordance with the submitted plans would be lawful.
The proposed outbuilding would comply with the criteria outlined within Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
