All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application. 3. Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required. ___________________________________________________________________ Informatives: 1. Trees T1-T3 subject to this decision are protected by way of TPO (TPO No 1 1975), though the application that has been submitted is in relation to trees that fall within a conservation area. As such, the decision is based on works to trees protected by TPO. 2. Whilst Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council does not object to the proposed works, if trees T1-T3 are owned by a third-party, permission must first be sought from the tree owner to enter their land to carry out the works. Without receiving this permission anyone entering the land with the tree on it could be found to be trespassing. 3. There is also no requirement for a replacement tree to be planted. The location of the tree is surrounded by other mature trees that will continue to provide amenity to the area.
