1. Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
2 x Beech Fell to ground level 2 twin stem Beech trees on driveway to facilitate access to new garage site. Area 1 on map.
Multiple mix species Crown lift trees and prune away from wall. Area 7 on map.
2 x Conifer Fell to ground level 2x Conifers on boundary near outbuilding. Area 2 on map.
1 x Pear Fell ivy covered pear to ground level and split out laurel in rear garden. Area 3 on map.
2 x Conifer Fell to ground level 2x large Conifers in front garden. Area 4 on map.
1 x Sycamore Fell to ground level Sycamore on boundary wall with neighbouring property. Area 5 on map.
2. All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.
3. Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
