| Conditions / Reason for Refusal: |
1. Consent is granted to the following schedule of works, and refers to the submitted applicant’s site plan:
Various species Prune various trees on the Western boundary. The work is to be carried out under common law to provide clearance of the boundary. The work will involve removing small diameter branches from ground level only.
2. All tree works detailed in condition 1 shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010, unless otherwise stated in the application.
3. Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
Informatives:
1. Whilst Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council does not object to the proposed works, as trees that are owned by a third-party permission must first be sought from the tree owner to enter their land to carry out the works if required. Without receiving this permission anyone entering the land with the tree on it could be found to be trespassing.
