That a lawful Development Certificate be issued in respect of the proposed single storey outbuilding to the rear at The Spinney, Brampton Road, Brampton-en-le-Morthen S66 9BD for the following reason:
Based on the evidence submitted, the proposed single storey outbuilding complies with the conditions and limitations set out in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended).
