RECOMMENDATION
That a Lawful Development Certificate be issued in respect of a proposed Roof Conversion ( rear dormer and hip to gable roof) at LDC, 42, Reresby Road, Whiston, Rotherham, S60 4DP for the following reason:
Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed Roof Conversion ( rear dormer and hip to gable roof ) at LDC, 42, Reresby Road, Whiston, Rotherham, S60 4DP shown on the submitted drawing (DRW 02) if constructed in accordance with the submitted plans would be lawful. The proposed Loft Conversion ( rear dormer and hip to gable roof) would fall within the requirements of Part 1 Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
