The works to which this consent relates shall be commenced before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason
In order to comply with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Prior to the roof being re-covered as hereby approved, a representative sample of all new external materials shall have been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority, and the development shall proceed in accordance with these details as approved.
Reason
To protect the special character and appearance of this Listed Building in
accordance with Local Plan Policies SP40 ‘Listed Buildings’ and SP 43 ‘Conserving and Recording the Historic Environment.’
Positive and Proactive Statement
The applicant and the Local Planning Authority engaged in pre application discussions to consider the development before the submission of the planning application. The application was submitted on the basis of these discussions. It was considered to be in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework.
