Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed conversion of the existing outbuilding to ancillary accommodation at 24 Bole Hill Treeton Rotherham S60 5RA shown on the submitted drawings (01, 02, 03, 05 received 4 March 2022 and 04 Rev A and 06 Rev A received 6 May 2022) if constructed in accordance with the submitted plans would be lawful.
