This permission shall be valid until 31st January 2023 only and at the end of that period (unless further permission be granted by the Local Planning Authority prior to the end of that period) the access shall be permanently closed and the boundary treatment approved under RB2020/2029 shall be implemented unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason
To ensure that the access is closed immediately it is no longer required.

The permission hereby granted shall relate to the area shown outlined in red on the approved site plan and the development shall only take place in accordance with the submitted details and specifications as shown on the approved plans (as set out below) and in accordance with all approved documents.

When the access approved under RB2020/2029 has been brought into use, the temporary access as indicated on the proposed site plan shall be permanently closed and the footway / kerbline / verge reinstated in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.

The applicant should contact the Council’s Highway Network Service (Aimee.Baker@rotherham.gov.uk) for the necessary licences to undertake works within the public highway. The applicant should appreciate this may include additional signage / temporary speed reduction to be placed within the public highway warning highway users of the works access.
Positive and Proactive Statement
Whilst the applicant did not enter into any pre application discussions with the Local Planning Authority, the proposals were in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework and did not require any alterations or modification.
