This permission shall be valid until 22 December 2022 and at the end of that period (unless further permission be granted by the Local Planning Authority prior to the end of that period) the change of use shall cease and the premises shall be vacated by the applicant. The premises shall then revert back to a general retail use (Use Class E).
Reason
The use is only considered appropriate for a short term period, due to its location close to residential housing and its housing allocation within the Local Plan.

The permission hereby granted shall relate to the area shown outlined in red on the approved site plan and the development shall only take place in accordance with the submitted details and specifications as shown on the approved plans and (as set out below)

Positive and Proactive Statement
The applicant and the Local Planning Authority engaged in pre application discussions to consider the development before the submission of the planning application. The application was submitted on the basis of these discussions. It was considered to be in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework.
