The works to which this consent relates shall be commenced before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason
In order to comply with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Prior to the installation of the windows hereby approved a cross section drawing at a scale of 1:10 or 1:5 shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority. The windows shall be constructed with individual double-glazed units enclosed with glazing bars. The windows shall be a mix of sliding sash and casements. The development shall proceed in accordance with the approved details unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason
To protect the special character and appearance of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy SP40 Listed Buildings of the adopted Sites and Policies Document.

The window and doors hereby approved shall be painted in the same colours as the existing unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

Positive and Proactive Statement
Whilst the applicant did not enter into any pre application discussions with the Local Planning Authority, the proposals were in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework and did not require any alterations or modification.
