The permission hereby granted shall relate to the area shown outlined in red on the approved location plan and the development shall only take place in accordance with the approved submitted details and specifications and as shown on the approved plans (as set out below)

To define the permission and for the avoidance of doubt.

This consent shall be valid for 12 months from the date of this consent only and at the end of that period (unless further consent is granted by the Local Planning Authority prior to the end of that period) the hoardings and signage shall be wholly removed.
