Description of applied works:
• Ash tree to remove.
Informative(s):
1. All tree works shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998:
2010 and shall not exceed the attached schedule of tree work(s) / applied for
works / works as described in the officer report above.
2. Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the
decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt
tree work will be required.
3. Whilst Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council has not refused the proposed works, for trees that are owned by a third party; permission must first be sought from the tree owner to enter their land to carry out the works. Without receiving this permission anyone entering the land where the trees stand could be found to be trespassing.
