Description of applied works
• Horse chestnut – Crown lift to provide a 5.4m clearance above ground level. Also reduce branches that are encroaching onto the adjacent lamp column to provide a 2m clearance, whilst also provide a 1m clearance of adjacent Public House.
Conditions:
1. All tree works shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998: 2010 and shall not exceed the works as described in the officer report above.
2. Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
