Condition 04 (as amended)
The first floor window on the rear elevation of the first floor extension hereby approved shall be obscurely glazed for a height of 0.54m measured up from the external cill, with glass to a minimum industry standard of Level 3 obscured glazing. The window shall also be non-openable up to a height of 0.54m when measured up from the external cill of the window as shown on drawing number 112.03 Revision E. The window(s) shall be permanently retained in that condition thereafter.

In the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of the adjacent property.

The first floor window on the rear elevation of the extension facing west shall be obscurely glazed and fitted with glass to a minimum industry standard of Level 3 obscured glazing and be non-openable, unless the part(s) of the window(s) which can be opened are more than 1.2 metres above the floor of the room in which the window is installed. The window(s) shall be permanently retained in that condition thereafter.
