Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed single storey side extension at 76 Main Street Aughton Rotherham S26 3XJ shown on the submitted drawings (21/080/B/004, 21/080/B/006) if constructed in accordance with the submitted plans would be lawful. The proposed new extension complies with the conditions and limitations set out in Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended).
