Reason In order to ensure a satisfactory appearance in the interests of visual amenity and in accordance with Core Strategy Policy CS28. 05 Notwithstanding the provisions Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A, B, C, D and E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re--enacting that Order with or without modification), no further extensions or outbuildings shall be erected [other than those expressly authorised by this permission] without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority. Reason In the interests of protecting the openness and character of the Green Belt and in accordance with the NPPF. Positive and Proactive Statement The applicant and the Local Planning Authority engaged in pre application discussions to consider the development before the submission of the planning application. The application was submitted on the basis of these discussions. It was considered to be in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework.
