This permission shall be valid for 3 years only from the date of this permission and at the end of that period (unless further permission be granted by the Local Planning Authority prior to the end of that period) the building shall be wholly removed and the
site restored in a manner to be agreed with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason
In order to assess the effect of the development on the vitality of Waverley Retail
Centre and due to the design of the proposed structure.
Positive and Proactive Statement
The applicant and the Local Planning Authority engaged in pre application discussions to consider the development before the submission of the planning application. The application was submitted on the basis of these discussions, or was amended to accord with them. It was considered to be in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework.
