Based on the evidence submitted, the proposed erection of a single storey rear extension and front porch complies with the conditions and limitations set out in Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) Therefore the proposed erection of a single storey rear extension and front porch is in compliance with the criteria outlined within Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
