Reason In order to ensure a satisfactory appearance in the interests of visual amenity. 03 The materials used in the external surfaces of the dormer window extensions hereby approved shall be of a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the existing roof. Reason In order to ensure a satisfactory appearance in the interests of visual amenity Informatives 01 INF 21 Encroachment over boundary You have indicated on the application form, by completion of Certificate A on the certificate of ownership form, that nobody except the applicant was the owner of any part of the land to which the application relates.
