1. Please note the authorised works should be completed within 2 years of the decision notice otherwise a new application for consent to carry out any non-exempt tree work will be required.
2. Any excavation works required will need to follow BS 5837 2012: Trees in relation to design, demolition and construction. This is will help to prevent any further root damage occurring during the construction phase of the proposed development. Any hard surfacing must be of permeable construction/material.
