Conditions / Reason for Refusal:	01 The sign hereby approved shall be for a flat non internally illuminated fascia sign with external led strip lighting (or similar) located to the top of the sign. Prior to the installation of the external lighting, details shall be submitted to and approved in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The external lighting shall be fitted in accordance with the approved details. Reason To protect the character and appearance of the Rotherham Town Centre Conservation Area, in accordance with Policy SP41 ‘Conservation Areas’ and guidance contained with the Council’s adopted Shopfront Design Guide.
