Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed single storey side extension at 38 Common Road Thorpe Salvin S80 3JJ shown on the submitted drawings (2021-105c, 2021-04c, 2021-08c) if constructed in accordance with the submitted plans would be lawful. The proposed new extension complies with the conditions and limitations set out in Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended)
