Reason To define the permission and for the avoidance of doubt. 03 The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building. Reason In order to ensure a satisfactory appearance in the interests of visual amenity. 04 Before the development is brought into use, the proposed patio screen shown on plan no 20_08-05 shall be erected and shall thereafter be retained. Reason In the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of adjacent properties. Informatives 01 Please note that there is an existing combined sewer which may be close to the extension. This sewer is the responsibility of Severn Trent Water. All permissions to connect, divert, or build over or adjacent to must be obtained from them before works commence on site.
