The extension to approved delivery hours at the site would have a significant adverse impact on residential amenity, by virtue of impacts on health and quality of life, of residents of properties which are located only 5 metres from the noise source. The proposal is therefore contrary to Local Plan policies CS27 'Community Health and Safety', SP52 'Pollution Control' and paragraphs 174 and 185 of the NPPF.
