Reason In the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings and in accordance with UDP Policy ENV3.7 ‘Control of Pollution’. 04 No primary cooking of unprepared food shall be carried out on the premises at any time. Informative 01 Signage The granting of this planning permission does not authorise any signage to be erected related to the development.
