|Conditions / Reason for Refusal:
Prior to the erection of the fence hereby approved the type, specification and colour shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority and the fence shall not be repaired or replaced without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority. The fence shall be erected in accordance with the approved details.
On completion of the development hereby approved the existing practice facility shall be removed and the area grassed over.
No development shall take place and there shall be no alterations in ground levels, fires, use of plant, storage, mixing or stockpiling of materials within 8m of any tree protected by a Tree Preservation Order.
[PR52] To ensure that appropriate materials are used in the construction of the development in the interests of visual amenity and in accordance with UDP Policy ENV3.1 ‘Development and the Environment’.
In the interests of the visual amenities of the area and in accordance with UDP Policy ENV3.1 'Development and the Environment'.
To ensure the trees are protected in the interests of amenity and in accordance with UDP Policies ENV3 'Borough Landscape', ENV3.1 'Development and the Environment' and ENV3.4 'Trees, Woodlands and Hedgerows'.
