Conditions / Reason for Refusal: 01 Permission hereby granted is for the sale of sheds, fences, garden furniture, garden stain, garden solar lights, plant pots, barrels and water features, concrete garden products chimeneas, outdoor gas heaters, hardware for gates and fences, ancillary seasonal garden goods and any other goods as agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. 02 The premises hereby granted permission shall only be open for customers and deliveries between the hours of 08.00 to 18.00 hours on Mondays to Fridays 09.00 to 17.00 on Saturdays and 10.00 to 16.00 on Sundays. 03 [PC24] Before the development is brought into use, that part of the site to be used by vehicles shall be properly drained and constructed in concrete, tarmacadam, block paving or other such material as may be agreed by the Local Planning Authority and shall thereafter be maintained in a sound condition. 04 [PC27*] Before the development is brought into use the car parking area shown on the approved plan shall be provided, marked out and thereafter maintained for car parking. 05 The premises hereby granted permission shall be operated on the basis of a one way traffic system, as indicated on the approved plans. 06 Within two months of the date of the permission hereby granted, the eastern access point shall be clearly signed In Only and the western egress clearly signed Exit Only. 07 Within two months of the date of the permission hereby granted, the fence erected at the eastern site entrance shall be repositioned as indicated on the attached plan. 08 No manufacturing process shall be carried out at the site, other than incidental shed assembly and fence panel modification in connection with their display on site.
