||Based on the evidence submitted it is considered that the proposed single storey rear extension at 9 Waverley Walk Waverley Rotherham S60 8BB shown on the submitted drawings (Existing and proposed plans – 2B) if constructed in accordance with the submitted plans would be lawful. The proposed new extension will not project more than 4 metres on a detached property, will be constructed in materials similar to the main dwelling and would not be more than 4 metres in height. Therefore the rear extension is in compliance with the criteria outlined within Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
