||Based on the information submitted, it is considered that the proposed use of the property as a residential children’s home where the total number of residents does not exceed six and the carers and the cared for live together as a single household at 11 Moor Lane North, Ravenfield would be lawful.
This is due to the fact that the existing use as a dwelling house falls within Class C3(a) - those living together as a single household as defined by the Housing Act 2004 and the proposed use will fall within Class C3(b) - those living together as a single household and receiving care.
