Reason In order to ensure a satisfactory appearance in the interests of visual amenity. 04 The development hereby approved shall only be used as ancillary living accommodation to 21 25 Barleycroft Lane, Dinnington and shall not be used, either solely or by incorporation of other accommodation, as a separate dwelling. Reason The Local Planning Authority does not consider the premises suitable for an independent dwelling by reason of lack of space, amenity and car parking requirements. POSITIVE AND PROACTIVE STATEMENT During the determination of the application, the Local Planning Authority worked with the applicant to consider what amendments were necessary to make the scheme acceptable. The applicant agreed to amend the scheme so that it was in accordance with the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework.
